The Texas Hold'em rules are the same even if you play with Simpsons cards (unfortunately we're not able to publish the photo of the cards you sent us. Monty Burns as the king of spades is a good one.)

Back to your question: Player A wins the hand with two-pair, queens and jacks. Player B also has two-pair, but a lower one, queens and sevens.
