When The Big Blind Busts
Hello,
Here is my question:
The small blind always gets the 1st card when dealing. after the big blind busts the previous hand and we have a dead small,should the big blind get the 1st card delt?

My buddy (who was the dealer the previous hand) thinks although the button moves one spot to his left like normal, he deals the cards so the big blind gets the 2nd card delt as normal. I dont agree with him, what do you think? Thank you for an light you can shed!!!!

Hello Mr. T,
We pitty the fool who thinks the big blind always should get the second card. All kidding aside: the player to the left of the dealer should always get the first card, no matter if he is the small blind or the big blind.
