Unreal bad beat after flopping top set

This story is unreal, you gotta hear this bad beat. Im playing in ac, playing 1-2 no limit hold em, and I'm under the gun with about 250 in front of me, and I look down at KK so I elect to just call and hopefully get a reraise in.

Some moron two seats to my left, who calls and bets everything makes it ten to go, two people call him and when it gets to me I make it 60 to go, thinking if I raise anything less this moron will call.

Anyway, its now his turn to act and he says "how much do you have left, and I tell him about 190. Anyway I thought he said all in so when it got back to me I flipped over my cards and called all in (he had me covered).

The dealer explained that he did not go all in and she decided to let me take the money back. So keep in mind this guy has seen my pocket kings. The flop comes Kc,8c,3c, and I push all in, this guy thinks about it for no more than 5 seconds and calls, and flips over the Jd, Qd. I'm like WTF??? 

He has absolutely no draw, almost drawing dead (97-3 my favor), anyway turn comes a 9h, river 10c, and he makes a ridiculous backdoor straight. And he laughs about it.

That's a real tough bad beat Marc and a very entertaining story. Making a sick runner-runner knowing you are way behind and then laugh in your face - some people just don't have any manners.
