Learn Texas Holdem

I was playing a partypoker tournament, which was going okay for the first half hour. I bluffed a little and won a medium sized pot to nearly double my starting holdings.

Then things get a little bad.

I pull pocket rockets and bet half my stack into my aggressive table. Three people re-raise all in!!! (I know, terrible). Of course I call.

The cards are turned over, one guy also has aces, one with KK, and one with KJo. So of course, that K comes on the river and takes half my stack away from me.

Then things get ugly.

I pull KK the VERY NEXT HAND and decide to pull the "I'm on tilt call me" stunt and immediately go all in. This time someone calls me with about a third of my stack and turns up KQs. You know what happens next. QQ in the next 5 cards and he doubles up.

Now imagine what i'm thinking when the third big hand in a row comes up, AKo. I make a big raise, the SAME GUY re-raises me putting me all in and I call. He has AJo and I got drawn out for the third hand in a row knocking me out of that tournament.

I mean seriously, My premium hands sometimes get beat sometimes but never in the same tournament and definitely never three times in a row!!!. May my bad luck never rub off on you.
