Answer: The way to rank two pair hands is to first look at the higher of the cards. Since you have Aces and Twos compared to his Kings and Queens you automatically win since your Aces are higher then his Kings. If you both have the same higher cards then you have to compare the second pairs.

For example, if you have Aces and Fives and he has Aces and Tens, he wins since the Tens are higher then your fives. Now let's say that you both have Aces and Fives. You have to look at the fifth card to see who has the better kicker. Let's say you have Aces and Fives with a Ten kicker and he has Aces and fives with a 9 kicker, you will win since you have AA55T and he only has AA559.
