Question:

I have several friends all spread out along the southeastern United States and we'd like to get together for a game. Do you know of any site that allows players to get a game together online in some sort of private room?

Hi John,

There are several sites that allow you to make private tables. I don't know if you want to play private tournaments or cash games. Unfortunately some of them do not allow American players at the moment. But one of my favorite poker rooms; Absolute Poker allow you to arrange your own private games, but you have to be a VIP member. Hollywood Poker and Party Poker also give you the possibility to create your own tables, but unfortunately they are not open to American players. Good luck at the tables.
