How would you play the above hands? In what cases would you play them (even if the pot is raised), in what cases would you raise with them and in what cases do throw these away without even limping in?
I realize that the biggest considerations would be (in no particular order) whether the game was Limit or not, position, bankroll relevant to the rest of the table and how many players are in the hand but what scenarios make the above hands "good" and what make them "trash?"
My assumption is that there are less situations where the suited A6 would be desirable than the other ones but that there would still be times you could play that A6 nonetheless.

Answer: I would play those hands in any position if the game was really loose (over 5 or 6 people just limped in every hand). You'll find a lot of those games at the lower limits regardless of whether it is limit or no limit holdem. On the same accord, if 5 or 6 people called before me, I would call even if the pot was raised.
When would I raise with those hands? The A6s and the 66 are much better than the 76s. I may only raise with 76s preflop if there were a lot of people before me in the pot and I was on the button -- even then though I wouldn't make that play often. As for the A6s and the 66, I would raise those if I was the first person in and I was on the button or one before the button. I would also raise those hands if I were in one of the blinds heads up.
As for reraising them, I'm not sure if there is a situation that would happen often enough to warrant mention. If there were a case, it would probably be in a heads up match preflop. You might reraise the A6 or 66 but that wouldn't be a great play unless you knew the player well.
When are the hands garbage? Those hands are not good hands when up against raise. Most people will be raising solid hands and A6 and 66 don't flop many hands strong hands. Most of the time you'll miss the flop and get in trouble. The 66 may get a call now and then to try to hit a set if it is no limit holdem or if there are a lot of people calling in limit but you'll need to get lucky to win. I think all three of these hands do well against a lot of opponents. The 66 and A6 do ok against just one opponent but not a raising one.
