Answer: Yes you can still play. As long as you have a chip left, you can play. This is what the all-in is for. There are a number of other questions on this site about all-ins so I suggest reading them. The basic idea of the all-in is that the person puts in their money which isn't enough for the regular bet -- the other players only have to match this. Any additional betting that happens after this person put their last chips in is put into a side pot.
