1, 5000 in chips 2, 2000 in chips 3, 1000 in chips
player 1 goes ALL-IN and both players CALL
player 1 wins. WHO GETS 2ND PLACE PRIZE ?

Answer: First of all, I'm assuming that you mean Player 1 is the guy with the most chips; otherwise you just use side pots. The way this is handled is to award second place to the person who had the second most chips. Player 1 gets first place. Player 3, the guy with 3.1, gets second place and the guy with 1.5 gets third place.
