Answer: In the example that you sent, the person with the pair of 5s would win since he has Aces full of fives and the other person has only Aces full of 4s. To figure out who wins when more then one full house is shown down then first you compare the three cards that match (in your example the Aces). Let's say one person has KKK44 and another person has AAA22.
Notice the first person has Kings full and the other person has Aces full. No over evaluation is necessary, the person with the Aces full wins. Its just like comparing a pair of Aces against a pair of Kings. If they both have the same three cards, then the other cards have to be compared like in your example. Let's say one person has JJJ44 and other one has JJJAA. The JJJAA would win.
Remember in holdem the best five cards win (emphasis on five). One last example to solidfy things. Let's say you have TT and your friend has JJ, the flop is AAAKK. You both split the pot. He had you beat until the river card paired the kings. Now you both have Aces full of Kings and the board plays.
