Comparing Full Houses

Question: In a hand of Texas Hold Em the other night the following situation came up:

Top 3 Beginner Rooms

Player A: Ad 4c

Player B: Jh Js

The board was as follows: 10d Jc 4h 4s As

So both players had full houses.

PlayerA: Ad As 4c 4h 4s

PlayerB: Jh Js Jc 4h 4s

When determining who wins a full house is it whoever has the highest card in their hand? (Player A in this case because of the aces) Or does the fact that Player B had a "3 of a kind" so to speak higher than the other persons play into this at all?

Answer: When comparing fullhouses, the person with the larger card for the trips wins. In this case it is the Jacks full or 4s that win. One person has a fullhouse of Jacks and the other person has a fullhouse of 4s.
