Cheating At Holdem Home Game

Question: hi, i hope you have time to answer this one becuase ive been wondering about it for a while now,

I have a question relating to cheating in a home game. One of the players that usuially plays in the game has been caught cheating multiple times, whether it may be looking at the cards to come, moving flop cards around, switching his hand, or just plain rigging the deck. The person is a friend of all the players who play at the standard home game, so i have 3 questions.

1) what should someone do if they catch the person cheating but he denies it and there is no hard evidence?

2) what action should be take as a whole if the person is caught cheating and there is evidence?

3) based of previous being caught at cheating should we stop inviting the particular person or just make sure they dont deal?

thanks,

Answer:

1. Stop the hand right there. There has to be something that caught your attention if you say he is cheating -- that woulud be your hard evidence.

2. If you are sure he is cheating, take his money for the game and don't let him play in it again.

3. Yeah, I wouldn't let the guy play anymore if he cheated already.
