All-In Type Player

Question: I am a frequent internet player and I have come up against an interesting player. I usually play the .10 - .25 no-limit ring game with a $25 buy-in. A certain player that I see quite frequently plays an "all-in" or nothing game. He waits patiently for good cards and goes all in regardless of the amount of money he has at the table. I sit waiting for AA to call the bet because I have seen many people get burned by him. Unfortunately, any time I have got the Aces he never has a hand. How would you handle this type of player?

Thanks

Answer: What kind of hands is he going all-in with? If he is going all-in with good hands only then you'll need to play good hands too to beat him. On the other hand if he is going all in with AT or AJ or KQ or KJ and things like that then you can loosen up too and gamble. How are other people playing against him? Ideally you want to be heads up with just him and his all-in bet.

You can avoid him completely which wouldn't be that hard or you could do what I would do and consider it a money making opportunity. If he is raising with really weak hands then I would contend his all-in with some hands that do well heads-up battles (pairs, big A hands, etc).
