Blinds and dealer button
We had a four player table. Both small blind and big blind were knocked out in the same hand leaving heads up. What happens with the blinds and the dealer button and betting order for the heads up?

Regarding your question about 4 players and 2 of them knocked out, the blinds and dealer button rotation will continue as usual: small blind will go to the next player from the dealer and big blind to another player.
