Anyway, I was playing in a $10 NL tournament and it is very early in the game I get 77 and call a 100 chip pre-flop raise by four people because when I hit trips in this situation, I usually take someones stack. The flop comes down 4-7-9 rainbow. I flopped trips and thought great so I checked after a few other people and the player that made the original raise goes all-in. I look at it for a second and go all-in, the opposing player flips up AA. I think that I have all the chips when the turn falls a 9. Then the river comes down a nine and I lose to a higher boat. You can't win them all but this would have given me a huge chip advantage at the beginning of the game.
