Flopped Boat Sunk Hard on the River

Playing in a no limit holdem tournament, late in the game I was somewhat small stacked and needing some good cards to make a move as all my bluffs were getting called. I was dealt cowboys, pocket kings, and knew this was my hand to win as I was in decent position. Nobody had raised pre-flop by the time it got around to me so I raised enough to push out the people chasing low cards. Two people called, both in worse position, so things were looking good.

The flop came: Q-Q-K. A beautiful flop for me, giving me the best full house possible, only 1 hand could beat me, Q-Q, making quads. But I couldn't put anyone on pocket queens because of the way people played pre-flop, this would have to be one hell of a beautiful slow play for me to lose.

The betting stared, the first player checked. The second player made a sizable bet, just what I wanted. Suspecting they had a queen with a good kicker, or possibly a full boat with Q-K, I moved all in. The first player folded, and I got my caller.

Time to show, he shows an A-K confidently and I wonder what the heck was he thinking, I show him my pocket kings and can't contain my laughter, the whole table is howling at how bad he is beat. And then the turn comes, it's a queen. More laughter, he made a full boat Queens full of Kings, but it still can't touch my Kings full of Queens. And then the river… another queen! The table can't believe what they are seeing, the board made quad queens so we both play that, but he wins with an ace kicker!
