Beating Pocket Aces

Question: We all know the feeling when you go all-in pre-flop only for someone to call and turn over bullets. I have seen them beaten, but very rarely. I am interested to find out what the probability is of overturning them, but I get confused because of all the permutations. Please could you calculate the odds for the following scenarios:

Top 3 Beginner Rooms

AA vs AKs

AA vs KK

AA vs KQs

I think you have more chance picking them off with KQs than you do AKs because you would need two K's whereas you are able to pick up two pair with KQs (obviously they both have equal chance of getting the flush.

Please could you help.

Thanks.

ML.

Answer: To be honest I have no idea what the odds are on all those things. I see on the WPT how they give exact percentages for how some hands will play out (even when there are four people in preflop). I have no idea how they do that. I'm assuming they are using a program and running a million hands with the scenario assuming everyone calls to the river. I've read and heard that a small suited connector like 78 or 67 has the best chance of beating AA heads up. That piece of info isn't going to help anyone though since no one in their right mind would go all-in in a tourney with that hand unless they didn't have any chips left. A pair versus a lower pair is around 4:1 so I would guess that is your best chance in cracking the Aces (if you have KK). KQs would be next in cracking them all though I couldn't give you the numbers. I'm sure the suit plays into it somehow.
